The government of Qionglai City in western Chengdu said on Feb.28 that it had obtained approval of authorities to the plan for the construction of Royal Forest Hunting Ground in the Nanbao Mountains in the city.
The project will involve an investment of RMB500 million to make it an international-standard land for game hunting. With an area of over 2, 000 hectare, it will also be the largest hunting ground in southwestern China.
